Panchoran Retreat offers complimentary WiFi in the main living area of the estate at the Bale Gede. Free guided morning walks around the estate, our bamboo forest or down to the river.

• Rates are subject to 21% government tax and service charge

Reservation Guarantee:
• A 50% deposit from the total house revenue is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Please provide us a valid credit card with the name of the cardholder, card number and expiry date.

Cancellation Policy:
• A cancellation fee equivalent to the entire stay will be charged for each house cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival for Peak Season.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to two (2) nights will be charged for each house cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival for High & Low Season.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night will be charged for No Show and late arrivals.
