The Waterfall house is perched on stilts and overlooks the river with small waterfalls across the ravine.
This is the honeymooners favorite house and many of them return year afte year, it has a feeling of being transported to a perfect place.
This is a world of Bamboo from the antique smoked panels to the large light bamboo woven walls, it has a wonderful feeling to be inside a giant basket.
A large four poster queen size bed looks out to a large wooden outdoor deck for dining or yoga.
Set alongside the villa, is a natural spring fed pool and private outdoor Jacuzzi with views across the valleys where butterflies and hummingbirds fly by...

River House

This Waterfall house with yet another unique aspect of the river surrounding you. Is very elegant, contemporary Architecture (different from all the others that are essentially traditional Balinese style) its furniture is also modern and minimalist with large movie screen with surround sound system.
The walled garden with its plunge pool right beside the river allows you the privacy of the ultimate Adam and Eve moment.

Coconut House
Double bedroom and indoor outdoor bathroom upstairs
Single bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and very large outside deck for dining and yoga.
Perched on high stilts on the side of a hill, in its own valley this house is within a grove of coconut trees with the bedroom at eye level with the top of the palm trees. You feel like a bird in a nest in this lovely tropical jungle. The shuttered windows have large wooden plank sills for sitting and hanging out in which is a favorite spot for those who stay here. Great for bird watchers…. giant black bamboos are planted on one side with lots of heliconias while on the other side are the large ginger leaves and pineapple grove. This house has a bamboo single roof the only one on the estate, it is very Japanese in feel and the walls are giant woven bamboo panels. This house is smaller than the others so it’s very cosy.

In the tree tops with the long views of the river with white water breaking on the rocks.
The master queen size four poster bed has the views into the top of the coconut trees which is a very unusual feeling. So many rare birds congregate in this part of the garden which captures the perfect sunset. A collection of rare bamboos are planted in this garden, the furniture is giant bamboo and old java country style teak and the windows are louvers from a Dutch colonial house in Java.

Bale Gede
Bale Gede, a favourite meeting place.
Nestled in the middle of the property, the Bale Gede overlooks the bamboo forest at the U turn of the river. Lots of different indoor/outdoor dining area to choose from, a place to catch the sunset whilst watching the hundreds of white Herons fly home to Petulu at the end of the day. A great party house.
Giant sofas with good reading lights, a separate world for movies and TV, lots of books to choose from and a large full size pool table.
Another favorite place is eating on the terrace of our large country style modern kitchen or join our warm and friendly staff for a Balinese cooking class or cook your self if you are in the mood, our staff will help you .This is a stainless steel and black bamboo jungle kitchen.
A separate wing of the Bale Gede has a very sumptuous elegant private 1 bedroom apartment with a four poster queen size bed, seating area, a secluded open-air bathroom and private sun deck during the day. By night you can dine under the stars on your private deck.

Reservation Guarantee:
• A 50% deposit from the total house revenue is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
• A cancellation fee equivalent to the entire stay will be charged for each house cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival for Peak Season.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to two (2) nights will be charged for each house cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival for High & Low Season.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night will be charged for No Show and late arrivals.
